Net als bij de Servicevoorwaarden heb ik deze tekst direct juridisch sluitend, strak en uiterst professioneel vertaald naar het Engels, zodat hij perfect aansluit bij de Shopify-standaarden.

REFUND POLICY
We maintain a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which must be enclosed with the return shipment.
Depreciation and Inspection
As the buyer, you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. All returns are thoroughly inspected upon arrival (including checks on product series, batch codes, and signs of use). If products are returned used, damaged, incomplete (such as missing or empty markers), or in a non-original condition, we reserve the right to deduct the depreciation in value (up to 100% of the purchase price) from the refund. In the event of suspected fraud or intentional exchange with older product series, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for providing your own return shipping label and a sturdy shipping package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Uncollected Packages
If a shipment is not collected from a pickup point or is refused during repeated delivery attempts, the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse. In this case, the return costs of €5.24 charged by the carrier (DPD) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of damage, always include clear photos and send them to service@guangna.eu.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item through our online store.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, with tags, or in its original packaging) and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
