We ship our products from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs and estimated delivery times per country. If your country is not listed, please feel free to contact us.
Important Information:

Orders placed on business days before 11:00 AM are usually processed and shipped the same day.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment.

For most European destinations, we ship via DPD. For specific regions within and outside the EU — as well as shipments to the United States and Canada — we use PostNL. All orders include Track & Trace.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier volume or weather conditions.

Free shipping may apply depending on the total order value.

Delivery Time: Most orders within Europe are delivered within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and total order value or weight.

Customs and Import Duties: No additional import duties or customs fees apply for shipments within the European Union.
Important Information: Import Duties and Taxes

Orders outside the EU: International orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom: For orders up to £ 135, all taxes and duties are included. For orders above £ 135, the customer is responsible for paying VAT and duties upon delivery.

United States: Import duties and taxes are charged to the customer at cost (1:1) when the shipping label is created. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled.
